Garlic Coconut Chutney is the spicy cousin of the coconut chutney that we are familiar with. It has extra spice along with the strong aroma of Garlic. If you have the taste buds of a spicy food, you would definitely love to lick your samosa or any other snack with it.
Spicy Garlic Coconut Chutney Recipe In Words
Yield: 1 small bowl Garlic Coconut Chutney
- 2 Tsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Grated Dry Coconut
- 6 Dry Red Chilies
- 4 Chopped Garlic Buds
|Roast the grated coconut on a pan till it become light golden brown in color in a pan. Keep aside once done.|
|Heat oil in a pan. Add Garlic cloves and roast until they turn golden brown.|
|Add red chilies and roast for 3 seconds. Switch off the stove.|
|Add roasted Coconut, Salt, Garlic & Red Chilies to the grinder. Grind for about 3 seconds.|
|After 3 seconds of Grinding, open the jar and add water. Now Grind again to make a smooth paste.|
|Garlic Coconut Chutney is ready to serve.Enjoy!|
