Another tandoori roti from my special tandoori cooker This one is stuffed with garlic and spices to add a new flavor to your plate.
You would have tried garlic naan in a restaurant and this is something similar to it. I am actually using wheat flour instead of refined wheat flour (maida) to keep it healthy.

Yield: 1 Tandoori Roti (Garlic)
- Sufficient for making 1 chapati – Wheat Flour Dough
- 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 3 Pinch Salt
- 3 Pinch Chat Masala
