Rice Kabab is a different kind of fried cutlet simply because it is made with rice instead of conventional potato or chicken or any other stuffing agent.

Rice and rice flours are normally added to a recipe to either make it gluten-free (for people suffering from a disease called Celiac) or make the final product crispier.
We are today showcasing them with Rice, Vegetables and Cheese to give kabab a new taste and dimension. Try them and i bet that you will love them.

  • You can follow the same steps to get all the kababs ready from rest of the mixture.
  • Once done, rice Kababs are ready for frying.
  • Heat Oil in a frying pan on high flame. you should have enough oil in the pan for deep frying the kababs.
  • Once Oil is hot, add Kabab in for frying. Turn the stove on medium and let them fry until they get golden brown from all sides.
