Vinegar Onions Recipe – Salad [Pics]

  • 100 gms Onion (baby size)
  • 1/2 tsp White Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar (White)
  1. Peel the skin of baby Onions and wash them properly.
  2. Once done, add the peeled onions in a glass jar. We have used a glass bowl for showing Onions in a better way in pictures.

    You can use any jar/bowl as you like. Add Vinegar and sprinkle salt on all the Onions evenly.
  3. Shake the jar well to mix the salt and vinegar. Let this mixture sit for about 2 hours and then it would be ready for consumption.
