Crisp Soya tikki is a real surprise for snackers who are always searching for something new. As a matter of fact, the inspiration for it came when i visited one of the McDonald in USA and they did not had an Aloo Tikki burger for me!!
You know how Indians are crazy about that Aloo Tikki burger in India.... They offered me a Soya tikki burger as the only vegetarian burger option and to my surprise, it was equally good.
So, I tried to create the same taste at home but with some more additions from my side. You can easily find out the additions that i have made in the video and i know you will point out them in comments too.
Looking forward to hearing your suggestions and comments for this crispy and yummy Soya tikki.
