Mint Olive Chutney is a unique combination that we tried recently to make the already healthy Mint (Pudina) more tastier and healthier.

Mint and Olive are considered good for health and digestion and hence we have created this recipe of chutney. It can be consumed as a side dish with any meal.

The color and taste of this chutney/sauce is really attracting and is a delight for Olive lovers. Do not forget that Olive is considered good for lowering cholesterol levels in your body.

  • Add all ingredients in a grinder jar i.e Mint leaves, Green chilies, Salt, Sugar, Olives and Curd.
  • Grind them to make fine paste. Don’t be surprised that the Mint Olive Chutney is ready to serve. yes, it just takes two minutes to get ready.

  •   Storage and Serving Suggestions

    You can virtually serve this chutney with any food that you like except the sweet ones! Keep it on the table center so that anyone can pick it up eat anytime and not necessarily at the dining time.
    By anytime, i mean that you can also make a sandwich with Mint Olive Chutney at the center, for example, and eat it on the go!
