Pav bhaji is a combination of Pav (buns) bread and Bhaji (the vegetable). Bhaji can be made with vegetable that you can find in your kitchen.
Even the Brinjal can add to its unique taste.
We have made it using home made Garam masala and other spices. If you want to use the ready made Pav Bhaji masala bought from market, you can use it too here. But in that case, just ignore the spices which we have specified.

- 2 Number Tomato Chopped
- 1 Cup Cauliflower Gobi
- 3/4 Cup Green Peas Matar
- 1 Cup Carrot Chopped Gajar
- 3/2 Cup Bottle Gourd Chopped Ghiya
- 2 Number Green Chili
- 1 Medium size Green Bell Pepper Capsicum - Chopped
- 2 Cup Cabbage Chopped
- 1 Cup French Beans Chopped
- 2 Number Potato Chopped
- 2 Medium size Onion Grated
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter Unsalted For frying Pav and garnishing Bhaji
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Black Salt
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Mango Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin powder Roasted
- 3/2 Tsp White Salt
- 8 Number Pav or Enough for your appetite.
