Masala Pav Bhaji is trade mark dish in Mumbai. Everyone loves eating it from street vendors. Here we are trying to create the same street pav bhaji taste at home!

Pav bhaji is a combination of Pav (buns) bread and Bhaji (the vegetable). Bhaji can be made with vegetable that you can find in your kitchen.

Even the Brinjal can add to its unique taste.

We have made it using home made Garam masala and other spices. If you want to use the ready made Pav Bhaji masala bought from market, you can use it too here. But in that case, just ignore the spices which we have specified.
