  Instructions


  • Heat Oil in a pan, on high flame for about 3 minutes.

  • Add Cumin seeds and wait until they gets light golden brown in color.
  • Once done, add Tomatoes and Green Chilies. Keep the stove to high flame.
  • Add Red Chili Powder, Mango Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and Turmeric Powder. Mix well.
  • Add Peas and Potatoes. Mix well and turn the stove to medium flame.

  • Add Water and let it cook for 4 minutes.
  • After 4 minute, switch off the stove.
  • Dhaba Style Aloo Matar is ready to enjoy with Lachcha Parantha.
