Aloo Halwa Recipe – Dessert made of Potato – Video

  • Start the process by grating Potatoes.
  • Take a pan and Desi Ghee. Switch on the stove on high flame.
  • Once ghee is hot, add potatoes. Turn the stove to medium flame. Stir Occasionally to avoid burning.
  • Cook until it becomes light golden brown.
  • After about 35 min., the potatoes turn light golden brown. Add sugar and mix well.
  • Turn the stove to ow flame and stir until all the sugar is dissolved.
  • Once done, Aloo halwa is ready to serve.
