Lemon Soda Recipe – Lemon With Carbonized Water [Pics]

Lemon soda
Lemon Soda is a drink which helps your acidity to cool down and give your fried food a chill. Apart from getting relief in Acidity, the other benefit that we can derive is the chilling effect in hot summer days.

If you have grown up in north India, then you probably know it by the name of ‘Lemon Soda’ or ‘Banta’.

Remember the green colored soda bottle which has a small ball at the top of its head? The ball needs to be kicked off to release soda. This soda drink is known as ‘Banta’ in street language.

The ‘Banta’ or Lemon soda vendor stalls are found in almost all markets in Delhi. It is a delight to have it while shopping around. I would say that drinking Lemon soda is much better than any other sweet colas.

We are going to make Lemon soda with plain SODA water (carbonized water) available easily in pet bottles in market.
