Kachi Haldi Ka Achar Recipe – Raw Turmeric Pickle – Video

Make Kachi haldi ka Achar easily at home recipe. Raw turmeric is good for food digestion, helping keep acidity away. Looks like a Ginger, reddish in color.

  • 150 Gms Raw Turmeric
  • 1 Number Lemon (or 2 Tsp Lemon Juice)
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  1. First of all peel the raw turmeric.
  2. Now chop the turmeric in small thin slices, so that they can softens fast in sunlight.
  3. Put the chopped turmeric in a bowl.
  4. Add Salt and squeeze the lemon in it. Now mix it well.
  5. Close the lid of the bowl and shake it well.
  6. Keep the pickle bowl in sunlight for 2-3 days 2 hrs daily.
  7. After 3 days it will be ready to eat. You can increase or decrease the quantity of salt as per your taste.
