Vegetable Masala Maggi Recipe – Spicy – Video

Masala Maggi Recipe for adding some more glamour to the existing taste using Indian spices and vegetables. We call it vegetable masala maggi.

  • 1 Pack Maggi
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Peas
  • 1.25 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Number Green Bell Pepper (Green Bell Pepper)
  • 1/2 Number Onion (Small)
  • 2 Tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Pinch Garam Masala (Home made Garama Masala recipe)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Number Maggi Tastemaker Masala (Available with Maggi Pack)
  1. Take a pan, add water & let it boil. Once boiled, add Maggi Noodles.
  2. Add Peas, chopped Capsicum and Onions. Mix well and let it boil. Cook on high flame.
  3. After a minute, add taste-maker, Red Chili Powder, turmeric, Salt and Garam Masala. Mix well.
  4. Add Oil when you see only 10% of water is left in pan during boiling process. Mix well.
  5. Let it cook for a minute and then switch off the stove to keep it a bit greasy.
  6. Add Coriander Leaves and mix well once again.
  7. Vegetable Masala Maggi is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
