It would be a stupid question if i ask you ..Do you like Maggi? And i know that your answer would be ... "i don't like it...i simply LOVE it".
Till date i have not met any one in India at least who does not like it. It is a hunger companion of children, college students and working people too.
Here is a simple and easy way to add some more glamour to the existing taste using Indian spices and vegetables.
Take a pan, add water & let it boil. Once boiled, add Maggi Noodles.Add Peas, chopped Capsicum and Onions. Mix well and let it boil. Cook on high flame.After a minute, add taste-maker, Red Chili Powder, turmeric, Salt and Garam Masala. Mix well.Add Oil when you see only 10% of water is left in pan during boiling process. Mix well.Let it cook for a minute and then switch off the stove to keep it a bit greasy.Add Coriander Leaves and mix well once again.Vegetable Masala Maggi is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
