Yields:

1 Bowl of Hot Rice (Serves: 1 Person)

Ingredients:

Ingredients for Tip of Rice

  1. 1 Bowl of Freezed Rice/Pulav
  2. 1/4 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) plain normal Water

Method:

We will start the process by adding Rice and Water in a pressure cooker. Tip of Rice-add rice & water
Mix the Rice and Water properly. Mix the Rice and Water properly
Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and keep the stove on high flame. We have to wait until pressure is built in cooker and it is ABOUT to get the whistle. It will take approx. 1-2 minute to reach this stage. As soon as you hear the whispering of the whistle, switch OFF the stove. Note that you should NOT let the whistle blow.

Now, let the steam inside cooker seep out on its own (don’t lift the whistle to blow out the steam).

Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and keep the stove on high flame
Once all the steam is out, your refreshed and hot Rice/Pulav ready to eat again. Enjoy!!!
