If you are a Paneer lover, this one is a dish specially made for you. It can be enjoyed as a snack or even with Punjabi paranthas. Made with Cottage Cheese Paneer and Indian spices, its one of the popular dishes of North India.

Cup Paneer Bhurji

  • 125 Gms Paneer
  • 2 Tsp Desi Ghee Pure Oil
  • 1 Number Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Number Green Chili
  • 2 Tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds Jeera
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  •   Instructions

  • Take a pan. Heat it on medium flame. Add Desi Ghee and let it melt.
  • Add cumin seeds and let it roast for 15 seconds.
  • Now add chopped Onions and cook it until it gets pink in color.
  • Add chopped Tomatoes and mix well. Cook for about 1 min.
  • Add Turmeric, Red Chili powder, Garam masala and Salt.
  • Add chopped Green Chili and Mix well. Cook for about 1 min.
  • Mash Paneer using your hand.
  • Add mashed Paneer to the tomato paste and mix well.
  • If you want, you can add more salt and chili to make it more spicy.
  • Add Coriander leaves and switch off the stove.
  • Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
