If you are wondering what is malai? Then, for your information, it is the residual formed on the full cream milk (Whole milk) automatically when kept idle. Also, I have observed that this Malai residual is formed on the whole milk in India. The whole milk that we get in USA gets very thin layer of Malai and is generally not usable due to its low quantity. Not really sure about the reason behind the low quantity of Malai.

Yield: 1 Malai Cheeni Toast (good for 1 Person)
- 2 Bread Slices
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 2 Tsp Malai(Cream From Milk)
- Take a bead slice and apply thick layer of Malai on it.
- Sprinkle a good layer of Sugar over Malai.
- Now make a sandwich by putting a second bread slice.
- Malai Cheeni Toast is ready to eat.
