Instant Garlic Coconut ChutneyGarlic Coconut Chutney is the spicy cousin of the coconut chutney that we are familiar with. It has extra spice along with the strong aroma of Garlic. If you have the taste buds of a spicy food, you would definitely love to lick your samosa or any other snack with it.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for Garlic Coconut Chutney

  1. 2 Tsp Oil
  2. 1/2 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Water
  3. 1/4 tsp Salt
  4. 3/4 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Grated Dry Coconut
  5. 6 Dry Red Chilies
  6. 4 Chopped Garlic Buds

Method:

Roast the grated coconut till it become light golden brown in color Roast the grated coconut on a pan till it become light golden brown in color in a pan. Keep aside once done.
Heat oil in a pan. Add Garlic cloves and roast until they turn golden brown. Heat oil in a pan. Add Garlic cloves and roast until they turn golden brown.
Add Red Chilies and roast for 3 seconds. Add red chilies and roast for 3 seconds. Switch off the stove.

Your chutney/sauce is ready to eat. Serve with Samosa, cutlets or any other snack Garlic Coconut Chutney is ready to serve.Enjoy!
