Ingredients:

Ingredients for Garlic Coconut Chutney

  1. 2 Tsp Oil
  2. 1/2 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Water
  3. 1/4 tsp Salt
  4. 3/4 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) Grated Dry Coconut
  5. 6 Dry Red Chilies
  6. 4 Chopped Garlic Buds

Method:

Roast the grated coconut till it become light golden brown in colorRoast the grated coconut on a pan till it become light golden brown in color in a pan. Keep aside once done.
Heat oil in a pan. Add Garlic cloves and roast until they turn golden brown.Heat oil in a pan. Add Garlic cloves and roast until they turn golden brown.
Add Red Chilies and roast for 3 seconds.Add red chilies and roast for 3 seconds. Switch off the stove.
Add roasted Coconut, Salt, Garlic & Red Chilies to the grinderAdd roasted Coconut, Salt, Garlic & Red Chilies to the grinder. Grind for about 3 seconds.
