It is a strange but true fact found by a Good Food channel study in Britain that 1 out of 20 women don't even know how to boil eggs. Researchers at the China Agricultural University bred 300 cattle with human genes so their milk contains the same beneficial and unique nutrients and fat content as breast milk. It is certainly a good news for moms unable or unwilling to breast feed their child.There is still a debate going-on on the safety and nutrient content of this milk as compared to human milk. The researchers have found that even a few minutes of cooking reduces levels of those compounds. The reduction is steepest in whole garlic, and less pronounced in garlic that has been crushed before cooking.
