  1. Mix chopped cheese, onion, chili, pepper, coriander together in a bowl and keep aside for later use.
  2. Take dough of wheat flour to make chapati/roti.
  3. Roll out 2 medium sized thin chapatis with the help of rolling pin.
  4. Now take the 4 tsp of the prepared vegetable filling (from step 1) and spread it all over the 1 rolled chapati.
  5. Take the second chapati and stick it on top of the first chapati that has the filling in it.
  6. Heat your griddle, apply butter or ghee on it and put your chapati on it. Let it cook on medium flame till it become golden brown in color.
  7. Repeat the same with the other side.
  8. Serve hot with Ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
  1. Wheat Flour - 1 ½ Cup
  2. Coriander Leaves Chopped - ½ Tbsp
  3. Onions Finely Chopped - 2
  4. Green Chili Finely Chopped - 1
  5. Water - To Knead
  6. Cheese Grated Long - 250 Grams
  7. Pepper Powder - 1 Tbsp 
  8. Salt - To Taste
  9. Oil or Butter - To taste
