Boil chopped carrot and pumpkin, with just 2 whistles in a cooker.

Take them out and add these boiled vegetables in boiled masoor dal.

Boil garlic and onion with one whistle in a cooker, add them in boiled dal mixture only.
|
|
Now put them in a mixer and grind to make a puree of them.
|
|
Now take them out in a frying pan. Add 1 cup milk and salt. Let it cook for about 5minutes.

Before serving add black pepper and serve hot. Enjoy!!!
