Preparation Time:
15 Min .
  1. Boil chopped carrot and pumpkin, with just 2 whistles in a cooker.
  2. Take them out and add these boiled vegetables in boiled masoor dal.
  3. Boil garlic and onion with one whistle in a cooker, add them in boiled dal mixture only.
  4. Now put them in a mixer and grind to make a puree of them.
  5. Now take them out in a frying pan. Add 1 cup milk and salt. Let it cook for about 5minutes.
  6. Before serving add black pepper and serve hot. Enjoy!!!
  1. Pumpkin - 250 Gm
  2. Carrot - 2
  3. Masoor Dal (dhuli) - ½ Cup
  4. Onion - 1
  5. Garlic - 2 Pod
  6. Salt - To Taste
  7. Black Pepper Powder - To Taste
  8. Milk - 1 Cup
