Small Diet changes as per your profession can make a huge difference to your body

We all strive to get the best body and keep ourselves in shape. But do we actually do anything to make that ideal body dream come true?

Most of us would agree that we all make plans to join a gym, start playing our favorite game or follow baba Ramdev's yoga by getting up at 5 AM but 4-5 days of initial excitement dies down soon.

And once that happens, we try to find a perfect diet plan that can reduce weight. But, you would agree with me that there is no such perfect diet that fits all. Every body is different, its metabolism rate is different and hence diet is also different.

Today, I am not going to give you any diet plans but would like to share some small diet changes as per your profession (which defines your diet and body). The change are just small differences which will make a huge impact on your body's overall metabolism.


BPO Employees

BPO employee shoudl drink hot milk before going to bed Both meal timings and body clock go for a toss during night shifts, often resulting in lack of sleep and a tendency to gain weight. It's important to get antioxidants through fruits and vegetables. And for the lack of sleep, take a cool shower and drink a glass of hot milk immediately before going to bed. This promotes a healthy and soothing night. You can also mix chocolate powder or some other flavor to make milk taste better.




IT Professionals

IT professionals should eat more fruits A sedentary lifestyle and long sitting hours are major concerns for techies. Light but frequent meals are advised to keep you fit and active. Fat and sugar intake should be low, and fibre content increased by eating fruits such as oranges, berries and apples. Avoid long gaps in between meals to avoid gastric problems.



Professionals/ Journalists

Journalist should drink more liquids People on the field work have no fixed schedules. They may not always find a decent place to eat and carrying home food may not be feasable always. They should take lot of fluids while on the move and always strive to wat fresh cooked food instead of ready to eat food.





Business Executives

Busines executives should eat grilled and roasted food Business executives should go for grilled and roasted preparations and avoid fried and gravy rich preparations while on the move and attending meetings. Choose Tandoori roti over parantha, paneer over cheese and chicken or white meat over red meat.






Others

Other professionals should drink anti-oxidants
Replacing coffee and tea with by healthy fluids like fresh lime, coconu water, green tea or freah water is recommended for all. Green tea contains anti-oxidants and will help in cleaning your system on the move. Keep muesli bars and nuts to keep your energy levels high.
