Sounds like the perfect idea!!
Literally millions of people have gym membership and pay hundreds and thousands of dollars each year, and yet if we didn’t have to then we would not bother. Thousands of Treadmills are sold every year, however we don’t want treadmills, we want a great looking body!

So it would make sense to ensure we get the result out of a gym membership if we’ve spent the money. And yet many of things we see performed in the gym every day would seem to contradict this. Despite the distinct lack of results people keep on trying the same exercises in the hope the results might be different this time.
- We try jogging for hours.
- Do lots of crunches and sit ups hoping to burn fat from our tummy.
- We try 20 minutes on each cardio machine, or wait for the calorie counters to hit 200kcals or some other seemingly important number.
- Picking up small weights and do tricep kickbacks.
While some of these methods do have their merits unfortunately they are not the most effective use of your time in the gym, if fat loss is your goal.
If fat loss is your goal, always chose actions that will :
boost your metabolism!
Nothing else matters for fat loss.
