We have always eaten our favorite Idli with Sambhar and coconut chutney.
Since, I am a big fan of Chinese food, I thought of doing some experiment and creating a mixed breed of south Indian and Chinese food.
It took me quite some time to develop a taste for this Chinese Chilly Cabbage Idli in my family. For me, it was easy to digest it as it had the Chinese flavor. But now, whenever we make idli at home, we make this dish instead of teh conventional Idli Sambar.
