Here I present my husband, who loves to experiment with unique dishes all the time. He recently decided to make Ice cream pakora and was successfully able to do it. You can watch his feat here at My-experiment-with-Ice-cream-pakora-(Fried-ice-cream)-Video .

He referred the Ice cream pakora recipe of Chef Abhishek for the above test. This recipe involved an egg and hence can be considered a non-vegetarian recipe.

He was so excited after the success of the above experiment that he decided to try another one but this time without egg for vegetarians.
If you have seen the above recipe, you would have noticed that a shell is made over vanilla scoop using egg which helps the ice cream from melting while frying.
But he could not repeat the same thing while using Besan (Gram Flour) and failed miserably this time!! The most probable reason behind the failure was the heat wave of Delhi. The Ice Cream scoop was melting immediately as he was dipping it in besan mixture.

But he has not lost his heart and is eagerly waiting for winter season to cool his head and ice cream!!
